The impact of coronavirus on the realestate market
From the very beginning, I would like to note that in this article there is absolutely no purpose of encouraging property buyers to buy private homes. My goal, as a realtor, is simply to share with you the trends that I have observed on the eve of the coronavirus with respect to various types of property.
This virus did not bypass the real estate market, as it had a negative economic impact on various areas, and as a result, there were certain reductions in purchase and sale transactions. But this negative economic effect was felt mainly in building houses. Thus, it is very interesting to private houses i.e. country houses, cottages and villas, on the contrary, increased buyer's interest, and as a result, the sale of private houses increased their rent operations.
