Elie Saab Sea Breeze Resort – Coming Soon in Baku

The global brand Elie Saab is presented at Sea Breeze.

The Sea Breeze resort city continues to strengthen its status as an international hub. On the Caspian Sea coast, Azerbaijan’s first branded residential complex – Panorama by ELIE SAAB – will be built. The project is realized in collaboration with the world-renowned fashion house ELIE SAAB.

Sabah Investment Group and Reportage Properties announced their partnership with ELIE SAAB, marking a new stage in the development of the modern living environment at Sea Breeze. Located in the prestigious part of the resort city and offering breathtaking views of the Caspian Sea, Panorama by ELIE SAAB embodies the harmony of architecture, panoramic spaces, and elegant interiors in the spirit of ELIE SAAB Maison. The project uses high-quality Italian materials and furniture. The concept combines the expertise of Sabah Investment Group, the international approach of Reportage Properties, and the signature style of ELIE SAAB, creating a comfortable and refined seaside living environment.

Earlier, within the framework of the Azerbaijan International Investment Forum (AIIF-2025), large-scale initiatives in tourism and hospitality were presented at Sea Breeze. At the forum, six leading international hotel brands – Crowne Plaza, Radisson Blu, JW Marriott, The Luxury Collection, Rixos – joined the development of the resort city. Additionally, in collaboration with Nobu Hospitality, the Nobu Hotel, Restaurant & Residences project will be implemented on the Caspian coast. The complex will include an 80-room hotel, 100 residences, and five villas in the brand’s signature style. The partnership also covers the Nobu Sea Breeze Montenegro project, which will continue the development of the resort city concept beyond Azerbaijan.
