The Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On the State Register of Real Estate" was amended. Prezident.az reports that President Ilham Aliyev signed the relevant law in this regard. According to the amendment, the following article is added to Article 6 of the law: "Initial and repeated technical inventory of immovable property, verification of information about immovable property in connection with the creation and transfer of rights to immovable property and entering it into the state register, providing information from the state register about the right holder, description and address of immovable property, drawing up schematic address plans, service fees in the amount determined by the body (institution) determined by the relevant executive power body for the services provided in connection with the provision of mobile services related to the receipt and issuance of documents for the state registration of rights, the provision of expert opinion on the land area based on land cadastral data and the results of field surveying works is paid". At the same time, the head of state, guided by clauses 19 and 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On the State Register of Real Estate" No. 647-VIQD of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated November 29, 2022 In connection with the entry into force of the Law, he signed a decree in order to ensure the implementation of that Law. It is determined by the decree that the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan exercises the powers of the relevant executive authority provided for in Article 6.4 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On the State Register of Immovable Property". In Article 6.4 of that Law, "body (institution)" means the Tariff (Price) Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
