Buildings are being demolished in Baku
Demolition of five-story buildings is planned at another address in Baku's Yasamal district. According to the information obtained by BAKU.WS, we are talking about the buildings near the former bakery No. 5. Thus, some of the buildings located in the area of Zahid Khalilov and Abdurrahim bey Hagverdiyev streets will be demolished. Residents are offered compensation for their homes to be demolished. As a pilot project, the residents who left their homes are offered apartments with an additional area of 20 square meters from the new buildings. During the period when new buildings will be built, citizens are given 700 manat rent. Citizens who do not want to buy apartments in new buildings are offered money from 1700 AZN per square meter.
