The price of 1-room apartments starts from 29.2 thousand manats, the price of 2-room apartments starts from 47.6 thousand manats, and the price of 3-room apartments starts from 67 thousand manats. The apartments will be sold with a preferential mortgage loan to those who have obtained the right to pre-announced preferential housing. Mortgage loans are issued for 3-30 years at 4% per annum, the down payment must be at least 10%. According to this account, the monthly payment for a 1-room apartment varies between 129-136 manats, for a 2-room apartment between 205-236 manats, and for a 3-room apartment between 284-288 manats. There will be a 10% discount for those who want to buy apartments with their own money. General information about apartments for sale: A total of 570 apartments are put up for sale. All apartments are offered fully renovated, equipped with kitchen furniture, combi heating system (including combi device), water, gas and electricity meters. All buildings were designed and built in accordance with the State Construction Norms of the Republic of Azerbaijan (AzDTN).
