The Cabinet of Ministers shall, in agreement with the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, determine within 15 days the form of permission for the operation of a multi-apartment residential building (a multi-apartment residential building complex) that has received a positive opinion on its readiness for operation based on the results of the examination conducted in accordance with the document, and shall also control the implementation of the task given in this decree and the Republic of Azerbaijan Real Estate According to the motions raised by the State Committee for Issues, it should take necessary measures to change the category of construction areas of multi-apartment residential buildings (in the case of multi-apartment residential complexes, buildings allowed to be operated in the complex).
