The "King of cocaine" Pablo Escobar was the son of a poor Colombian farmer, but by the age of 35 he had become one of the richest people in the world, earning up to 420 million dollars a week. At the peak of his power, the infamous boss of the Medellin cartel, who was also called "El Patron", controlled up to 80% of the global cocaine market.
